
HAD is the umbrella organisation of Disabled people, residing, working or undergoing education or training in the London Borough of Harrow and has been established since 1971. It is a registered charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee.
Its mission is:
To promote the creation of an inclusive society through persuasion,
education, campaigning and the provision of a wide range of services.
HAD is an organisation that is run by disabled people for disabled people.
We have the aim:
To create a fully inclusive society. We believe that Equality of Opportunity for all should be a right not a privilege.
To achieve our aim we provide a full range of advice and support services to disabled people to enable them to gain equality, live independently and access their rights.
