is enabling effective interaction to take place between Deaf and Hard of hearing
people and the many organisations with which they need to communicate.
HAD aims to provide BSL services 7 days a week to organisations and companies
in the London area. You can make a booking for an interpreter from 8.30am to
4.30pm Monday to Friday. To help us offer you the best possible service, please
give as much advanced notice of your requirements as possible.

Under the Disability Discrimination Act "reasonable adjustments" for employment and provision of goods and services, it is the organisation or company meeting with the hearing impaired person that makes the request and pays for communication support.
